Channel The Zen

He glanced over at her as the car started to move. She was huddled in the corner, looking like she didn't even want to touch the seat, clinging to herself. He scooted closer to her, but still giving her plenty of space. The last thing he wanted was for her to feel caged. He knew she didn't like that. He gently tugged the bag from her grasp and put it on the seat next to her. "It's just a car, Penny. It is a vehicle to be ridden in, to get dirty and it is transporting the most precious person it ever will. Relax, nothing is going to bite you and nothing more is going to be taken away. You're safe now, I promise. You don't have to think about anything right now, just relax."
